How much is a night's stay?

$200 per night for two people. Extra people at $70 p/p

20% deposit at booking. Full payment 1 week prior to arrival date.

Full refund if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Loss of deposit after that.

Minimum 2 night stay during standard days.

Minimum 3 night stay for all holidays and events. eg School holidays, Christmas, New year, Easter, Food and Wine Festivals

What time is check in and check out?

You can check in to the property at 2pm. Check out is at 11am.

Guests who require a guaranteed check-in earlier than 2.00 pm are encouraged to book the room for the previous night to avoid disappointment

Late check-out is subject to availability and MUST be arranged in advance.

Check-out later than 11.00 am will be charged a further full night's accommodation

What is your cancellation policy?

Do I need to bring bedding, toiletries, towels?

No, bedding, towels and limited toiletries are provided.

I have a dog, can I bring it?

Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property due to the abundant wildlife, farm animals and nesting birds.

How many people does the property accommodate?

Although the property has three bedrooms we can only accept 4 people, this includes children.

Can I bring my trail bike?

The property has a strict policy on motorised 'off road' trail bikes, road going motorcycles are accepted.

NO SMOKING – smoking of any description (including vaping) is not allowed inside the property. A charge of $250 applies where there is any physical evidence or residual odour which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room.

Management reserves the right to cancel/revoke a booking in the following circumstances:

  • If a guest arrives to check-in in an intoxicated or disruptive state
  • Has not confirmed the booking or forwarded deposit monies by the required date
  • fails to arrive within a reasonable time of the advised ETA, and after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the guest
